CONNER EXPANDS ITS 2.5″ PLATTER PLANT: 300 NEW JOBS

Conner Peripherals Inc, San Jose has completed expansion of its Milpitas plant, which makes 2.5 thin film platters. It added 77,000 square feet to the 55,000 there already, and employment is up to 500 from 200; a further 200 may be required.
