Concurrent Computer Corp, Fort Lauderdale, Florida cut its stake in CyberGuard Corp to 4.99%, having sold a stake of about 4%, 249,500 shares, for prices ranging from $12.00 to $13.50 a share, raising some $3m or so. The company, which is also Fort Lauderdale-based, provides computer security software.
