Comstar has announced the availability of the Business Services Digital Overlay Network in Moscow, a telephone service offering international access and aimed at large businesses: it uses a fibre optic ring network installed by Comstar, and gives international direct dialling to over 200 countries via an agreement with British Telecommunications Plc here in London.
