COMSAT COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF HI-NET COMMUNICATIONS

Communications Satellite Corp, Comsat, has completed the previously announced acquisition from Holiday Corp of America of the 50% of Hi-Net Communications Inc of Memphis, Tennessee that it doesn’t already own, for $25m: the company beams entertainment into hotel rooms.
