Marlborough, Massachusetts-based Adlex offers technology designed to enable ISPs and enterprise customers to diagnose and manage the quality of service that applications deliver to end users.
Compuware said that with the addition of Adlex, Vantage will be the only software that uses agentless, desktop, and active monitoring capabilities to manage web and non-web applications alike.
Under the deal, 80 Adlex employees will join Compuware.
