Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Compuware Corp is to acquire Computer People Unlimited Inc, a Milwaukee-based computer services company that is evidently nothing to do with the London company with the similar name: Compuware plans to issue 820,000 shares, valuing Computer People at $29.1m; Computer People had 1993 turnover of about $29m and has 470 employees serving about 200 clients from offices in Milwaukee, Madison and Appleton, Wisconsin, and one in Minneapolis.
