Computervision Corp warns that it is expecting a net loss of about $0.09 a share for the fourth quarter, including a one-time charge and results from discontinued operations. It expects about $80m in revenue from continuing operations for the quarter, compared with $78.7m in the year-ago quarter. It will also take a non-recurring charge in the quarter of about $14.5m or $0.22 per share, for its purchase of UK firm 3rd Angle Ltd.
