Computervision Corp has seen off all but one of the federal securities claims brought against the company by the plaintiffs in the consolidated class action lawsuits filed in the fall of 1992 over the company’s public reflotation; the only claim remaining involves the allegation that it falsely stated aspects of its recapitalisation.
