COMPUTERS OR CENTREFOLDS?

The redoubtable Ms Christie Hefner, who as well as being a sufficient whiz as a businesswoman to rescue and revitalise her father’s foundering empire, is much more alluring than most of the models featured in the magazine, clearly believes that there is a whole new market of programmers and hackers out there that hasn’t lifted its eyes from the screen long enough to learn what girls really look like: having launched the Playboy Online service for Apple Mac users (CI No 659), she or one of her minions has now contrived to get the Playboy centrefold and six other pages from the mag bound into the current edition of PC Clone magazine.
