COMPUTERLAND CORP PULLS ITS INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

ComputerLand Corp’s efforts to become a public company have suffered yet another setback, and the company has postponed the initial public offering it had planned to make in the next couple of weeks. ComputerLand cites poor market conditions and says it hopes to go soon – but its prospectus will be so out of date as to need rewriting if it puts it off further than October.
