COMPUTER SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT HOLD CREDITORS MEETING

Computer Systems Development, formerly the software division of Atlantic Computers Plc, held a creditors meeting earlier this week: the assets were sold to AT&T Istel on May 10 for UKP1,350,000, but did not include the company’s minority leasing activities which the Administrators are trying to realise; creditors agreed on the formation of a committee, comprising Midland Bank Plc which is claiming UKP52m, DEC, and Forward Trust Group.
