COMPUTER SEXISM BREAKS OUT

If you are accused of sexual or racial discrimination, the get-out is to blame the sexist computer: according to the Financial Times, the Transport & General Workers Union began to get suspicious when it spotted from its computer records that 75% of the home helps in Ireland were men, and discovered that unless applicants for membership specified their race and their gender, they went in as white males.
