Computer Sciences Corp has a letter of intent to acquire American Practice Management, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to health care in North America on undisclosed terms. American Practice had approximately $85m in revenue for the 12 months to March 31, and has over 250 consultants in offices in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and Toronto. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
