Computer services major Computer Sciences Corp, El Segundo, California has a letter of intent to acquire tiny Pinnacle Group Inc, a $24m-a-year consulting and systems integration company headquartered in Athens, Alabama, with offices in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, London and Paris, on undisclosed terms. The company is a PeopleSoft Business Partner and has alliances with industry leaders to do implementations in manufacturing, distribution, personnel and finance. It has 265 professionals on staff with an average 10 years experience in information systems.
