Computer Sciences Corp has a letter of intent to acquire Dallas-based Logic Inc, a privately-held financial insurance software and services company, on undisclosed terms: turnover has grown 40% annually the last three years to about $17m for the year to November 30 last, and the firm employs about 250 people.
