Computer Sciences Corp is buying the 50% of Danish facilities management company Dan Computer Management that its 75% subsidiary Datacentralen A/S does not already own. Computer Sciences, which bought 75% of Datacentralen from the Danish government in March (CI No 2,880), will acquire 50% of Dan from Maersk Data. Under the agreement, Dan, which provides central operating services to the Danish government and commercial sector, will continue to supply processing services to Maersk for three years, the company said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
