El Segundo, California-based Computer Sciences Corp is to acquire the data services subsidiary of the Australian Mutual Provident Society in Sydney, and to provide the insurance company with information technology services for 10 years: despite the name, Computer Sciences Australia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Australian, has 1,100 employees and annual revenue of $80m.
