El Segundo Computer services major Computer Sciences Corp is to expand its European activities by acquiring Paris systems integrator Moria Informatique SA, buying 88% from the founders and two institutions and offering 165 francs a share for the balance, implying a total purchase price of $32.6m. Moria has 400 employees and did $30m in 1989; it looks to report $38m for 1990.
