Computer Sciences Corp, El Segundo, California has brought in Atlanta, Georgia-based Equifax Inc as a general partner on its credit services operations: the two companies formed a strategic alliance in 1988 which converted Computer Sciences’ credit bureaux to the Equifax credit reporting system; the new partnership, CSC Enterprises, consists of all of Computer Sciences’ consumer credit reporting and collection assets and $10m cash contributed by Equifax affiliates; Computer Sciences affiliates, with a 97.2% stake, will provide the partnership’s general management, with the remaining stake held by Equifax affiliates.
