Computer Sciences Corp has acquired Paris-based Ouroumoff International, a sister company of Ouroumoff Consultants SA, the French management consultancy it acquired last August. Financial terms were not disclosed. The unit has annual sales of $5m and supports clients in Eastern Europe, the Pacific Rim and South America, including the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, both in Washington, and also the European Community.
