Computer Management Group Plc now says it plans to make its flotation on the London Stock Exchange in April next year, and says that it will give further details about the flotation on March 22. The announcement was made in Amstelveen, because although it is British, it now derives about 60% of turnover in the Netherlands. It shunned an Amsterdam Stock Exchange listing as it feared the market was not liquid enough and the shares would be undervalued.
