COMPUTER LANGUAGE RESEARCH BUYS ASSET MANAGER AXTELL

Carrollton, Texas-based Computer Language Research Inc has acquired substantially all of the assets of Axtell Inc, a privately held Phoenix, Arizona company that provides Windows- based client-server fixed asset management software and services to corporations. Computer Language says that the acquisition will not materially affect profits for the current year. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
