Canton, Massachusetts-based Computer Identics Corp is cutting its workforce by about 10% throughout all divisions, and says second quarter results will include a restructuring charge of $500,000 or so, and costs from new product development and marketing; it wants to cut operating infrastructure costs by about $2m; production and delivery of two new products, the OMNI CIX and the C/PRO 710 and 715 scanners was delayed three months; they are now scheduled for production and delivery by month-end.
