COMPUTER DEPOT INC CEASED OPERATIONS ON WEDNESDAY

Retailer Computer Depot Inc, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, ceased operations on Wedenesday after its principal lender pulled the plug: the company filed for Chapter XI bankruptcy in December 1985, but was close to emerging until the rug was pulled; it now expects to have to liquidate, having failed to find buyer, partner or new cash source.
