The Computer Channel, one of the erstwhile British Satellite Broadcasting services is being relaunched using television video tapes, following the takeover of BSB by Sky Television; the Channel was dropped by Sky, but underwent a management buyout; new managing director Geoffrey Davies reckons that there is still a place for the Channel’s training and education programmes for people that work in computers and communications.
