Computer Associates International Inc, which saw its $11.50 a share – $191m – offer rebuffed by Management Science America Inc last week (CI No 960), still wants to buy the Atlanta applications software company, and may well come back with a higher offer, the ambitious Garden City, New York firm told Reuters.
