Islandia, New York-based Computer Associates International Inc has turned to Candle Corp, Santa Monica for some of the systems management products it needs to complete its CA-Unicenter offering: the two have entered a development alliance to bring corporate users of distributed client-server environment the benefits of integrated systems management, availability management and performance management; the two are planning to develop interoperability between CA-Unicenter and the Candle Availability Command Center.
