And Computer Associates has also announced a number of enhancements to its CA-System/Manager resource management product: although it won’t make IBM mainframe users jump for joy, the CA-Space Manager component now supports 3380 model K disks, while the modified tape-manager will recognise and run 3422 tape drivers, and allow correspondance between real and virtual addresses; new releases have also been adapted to conform to Computer Associates’ installation standards.
