COMPUTER AIRLINE RESERVATION GROUP, GALILEO FILES FOR IPO

Computer airline reservations alliance Galileo International Partnership, joint-owned by 11 airlines, has filed for its initial public offering. It needs the funds to acquire the Apollo Travel Services unit of United Airlines for around $700m.
