Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire-based Compusys Ltd has launched a new range of upgradeable personal computers. The Business Pro family ranges from the 25MHz 80386 to the 50MHz 80486-based system, and the machines offer 64Kb cache, upgradeable to 256Kb, along with 4Mb of memory and a 72Hz 14 Super VGA colour monitor. There are eight processor options – 25MHz, 33MHz and 40MHz 80386-based systems, 20MHz and 25MHz 80486SX systems and 25MHz, 33MHz and 50MHz 80486-based machines. The systems come with a choice of Quantum hard disks – 52Mb, 80Mb, 120Mb, 240Mb and 420Mb. Prices start at UKP1,300 for a 25MHz 80386 system with a 52Mb disk.
