COMPUSERVE TAKES ON CFO BEFORE GOING PUBLIC

CompuServe Inc announced yesterday that Lawrence A. Gyenes will take on the newly-created position of chief financial officer- his immediate task will be to focus on the requirements of taking CompuServe public (CI 2856). Previously, Gyenes was CFO of Helene Curtis Inc, a consumer products company.
