COMPUSERVE SETTLES TIME MAGAZINE LAWSUIT

Weighed down with too many other problems, CompuServe Inc has settled its $3.5m lawsuit with Time Magazine (CI No 3,124) in an undisclosed settlement, which sees the magazine back on line, although both parties have given up their exclusivity rights.
