Computer retailer CompUSA and Apple Computer Inc have formed a promotional partnership that will see the dedication of significant retail space in CompUSA stores to Apple products and supplies. The Apple store within a store will also be staffed with Apple-trained employees and will feature displays and promotions based on the ailing computer maker’s new Think Different campaign. The special departments will appear in 40 stores in key markets before the holiday season, with nationwide presence within three-to-five months.
