Dallas-based microcomputer dealer CompuCom Systems Inc has signed an agreement to buy assets of CompuServe Systems Integration Group Southwest, Inc, formerly MicroSolutions: the acquisition also includes CompuServe’s local area network training facility at the Infomart in Dallas; terms of the sale agreement were not disclosed.
