Austin, Texas-based personal computer manufacturer CompuAdd Computer Corp, which has been in and out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and has been seeking a combination, has now agreed in principle to be acquired by Dimeling Schrieber & Park, a private investment group in Philadelphia. Terms call for an infusion of additional working capital, but were not disclosed.
