COMPSOFT SHARES SUSPENDED PENDING AMALGAMATION TALKS

Compsoft Plc asked for its shares to be suspended on the London Stock Exchange at 68 pence yesterday ahead of news that it was in talks with two other software companies, each thought to be about its own size, with a view to their amalgamation with the Godalming, Surrey micro database software company.
