Bringing understanding in Kuwait, Compression Labs Inc of San Jose, California has announced that the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center has installed its videoconferencing systems at three sites to provide Arabic language instruction for military staff deployed to the Gulf, and the Institute is using Gallery 235 modular video room systems and Rembrandt II/06 low-bandwidth video codecs.
