San Jose, California-based Compression Labs Inc has won an agreement with AT&T Co under which the two companies will jointly develop video telephone products using a VLSI implementation of Compression Labs’ Compressed Digital Video technology and AT&T’s telecommunications expertise to develop videophones for business and residential use.
