Compel Group Plc, the UK systems integrator, has set up a consultancy arm, Compelscope, to offer Microsoft-oriented technology and project management to UK blue chip firms and large public organizations. Compel has offered consultancy services for ten years, but has waited until now before chancing its arm fully in this market. The new Compelscope business will be led by managing director Julian Morgan, a former AT Kearney executive. Compel chairman and chief executive Neville Davis said Morgan is expected to grow the company rapidly.
