Compaq Computer Corp has invested $6m for a 6.99% stake in Raptor Systems Inc, Waltham, Massachusetts creator of the Eagle security firewall for the Internet and for local area networks. The $6m bought 500,000 shares and warrants to buy an additional 363,636 shares. The warrants are exercisable immediately and will expire on October 11.
