Compaq Computer Corp is introducing high-availability storage area network bundles with its StorageWorks RAID arrays for used with ProLiant servers. The Fibre Channel bundles come in Workgroup (150 user), Departmental (400 user) or Enterprise (1,000 user) versions. Prices start at $50,000 for the Workgroup version, rising to $220,000 for the Enterprise version. Installation and configuration services will be offered to value- added resellers.
