COMPAQ CLAIMS 40% OF WINDOWS NT AND NETWARE MARKET

Compaq Computer Corp reckons it has captured 40% of the worldwide market for Windows NT and NetWare storage systems, basing its claim on figures from International Data Corp. In the past twelve months, the company has moved up from the world’s fifth largest to the world’s third largest storage systems company.
