Platinum Technology Inc has reported a fourth quarter net loss of $3.0m against profits last time of $4.2m, on sales up 21.2% at $20.4m; net profit for the year to December 31 was down 67.9% at $3.0m after a charge of $8.7m, on sales up 26.8% to $62.2m.
