Hytek Microsystems Inc has reported third quarter net profits of $168,000, against $72,000 losses last time, on turnover up 36.9% at $1.3m; nine month net profits rose to ú238,000 from $14,000 last time, on turnover up 14.6% at $3.5m. Net earnings per share were $0.06 in the quarter, and up to $0.09 from $0.01 in the three quarters.
Iomega Corp has reported third quarter net profits down 17.9% at $2.0m, against a period including a $1.4m tax gain, on turnover up 138.4% at $84.7m; nine month net losses were $1.4m, down from $3.2m losses last time, on turnover up 72.4% at $177.4m. Net earnings per share fell 23.1% to $0.10 in the quarter. Earnings per share figures are adjusted for a five-for-four stock split in November 1994.
Motorola Inc has reported that third quarter net profits rose 30.5% at $496.0m on turnover that rose 21.0% at $6,851m. Net profit for the nine months rose 29.1% at $1,349m on turnover up 25.0% at $19,739m. Net earnings per share rose 25% at $0.81 in the quarter, 23% to $2.21 in the nine months.
Printronix Inc reported second quarter net profits up 26.5% at $1.9m, on turnover up 15.2% at $39.5m; mid-term net profits rose 57.4% to $4.6m, on turnover up 20.6% at $81.7m. Net per share rose 20.7% to $0.35 in the quarter, 50% to $0.84 in the half.
Skyline Multimedia Entertainment Inc has reported fourth quarter net losses of $635,000 on turnover of $1.4m; net losses for the year were $2.2m on turnover of $2.2m. Skyline Multimedia Entertainment had no revenues before February 21 and therefore did not report any results from last year.

Trafficmaster Plc has reported net losses for the six months to June 30 of ú1.1m up from losses last time of ú773,000, on turnover up 171% to ú1.3m.
