COMPANY RESULTS

Rockwell International Corp saw second quarter net profits up 13.0% at $154.7m on turnover up 2.5% at $2,761.0m; mid-term net rose 14.9% to $304.2m on sales up 3.4% at $5,362m. Net per share rose 11% to $0.69 in the quarter, 13% to $1.35 in the half.
