Sequoia Systems Inc has reported a third quarter net profit of $1.2m against a loss last time of $3.0m, which included a $3.3m charge for settlement of a class action, on turnover that rose 11.9% at $10.7m. Net profit for the nine months was $5.1m against a loss last time of $31.8m after a $14m charge for restructuring, on turnover that rose by 5.7% at $32.2m. Net earnings per share were $0.12 in the quarter, $0.52 in the nine months.
