Insignia Systems Inc has reported fourth quarter net profits down 56.9% at $87,274 on turnover up 20% at $3.7m; net profit for the year to December 31 was down 29.3% at $365,597 on turnover that rose 27.2% to $14.2m. Net earnings per share fell 50% to $0.02 in the quarter, 30% to $0.07 in the year.
