Zycad Corp reported fourth quarter net profit of $323,000 against a $4.7m loss last time which included a restructuring charge of $814,000, on turnover up 76.9% at $12.3m; net profit for the year to December 31 was $4.5m after a gain of $3.9m and a restructuring charge of $3m, on turnover down 8.2% to $41.5m. Net per share was $0.02 in the quarter, $0.27 in the year. Figures include those of Integrated Circuit Applicators Ltd from September.
