Logic Devices Inc has reported fourth quarter net profits up 80% at $99,000 on turnover down 1.3% at $3.2m; net profit for the year to December 31 was up 225.9% at $277,000 on turnover that rose 4.6% to $12.8m. Net earnings per share rose 100% to $0.02 in the quarter, and 200% to $0.06 in the year.
