Artel Communications Inc has reported fourth quarter net profits of $207,000 against losses last time of $494,000 last time on turnover up 117.3% at $4.4m; net loss for the year to January 1 was $1.9m down from $3.1m last time, on turnover up 115.7% to $10.8m. Net per share was $0.02 in the quarter.
